The LSU Tigers will battle the Ole Miss Rebels on October 25 at the Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The Tigers (6-2) are looking to extend their winning streak to three games when they face their fellow SEC opponents the unbeaten Ole Miss on Saturday.

LSU crushed the Kentucky Wildcats by a final score of 41-3, after Tigers QB Anthony Jennings went 7-14 for 120 yards on October 18.

Tigers head coach Les Miles now hopes that his team can persevere against the Rebels' formidable defense led by DE Marquis Haynes (6 1/2 sacks) and DB Senquez Golson (seven interceptions).

"I think there are talented guys in their secondary that anticipate the ball and can make plays," said LSU coach Les Miles to reporters.

"I just think the combination of scheme and players make a difference for them."

Meanwhile, the Rebels (7-0) are looking to stretch their impressive undefeated streak to eight games after their most recent win against the Tennessee Volunteers by 34-3 on October 18.

Ole Miss QB Bo Wallace is hoping his crew can continue their winning ways on the road at Tiger Stadium on Saturday night.

"The big thing for me is I'm not trying to mess it up," said Wallace to reporters.

"I'm going in and trying to not have any turnovers. The defense is playing well. If we punt it past the 50-yard line, they're probably not going to get points. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable."
