'Madden 17 NFL’ Update: Errors Caused By Game Development Team?

In line with EA Sports' "Madden NFL 17," the game reportedly had a flaw in one of its stadiums, the Los Angeles Coliseum.

A "Madden NFL 17" player noted that the sun is on the wrong side of the sky in the Los Angeles Stadium, Engadget has learned. As per the publication, the error might be due to the game's development team; they were rushing to relocate the Rams back in Los Angeles following they had filed to change its location last January.

The source also told Kotaku, as cited by the publication, that the sun could be misplaced in the Chief's and the Cowboys' stadiums as well.

EA Sports has already learned the issue and made a statement. In his interview with Kotaku, as cited by Engadget, the studio's spokesperson said that it was a testament to their fans that they knew everything about their favorite teams, which includes where the sun set in their stadium.

According to EA Sports, their art team was investigating the issue and working on correcting it for future editions of "Madden NFL." The studio added that they hoped players enjoy the sneak peek into what the world might look like if the Earth had rotated in the opposite path.

The Los Angeles Coliseum serves as the root of the USC Trojans, which appeared in EA's former NCAA Football series. As per Game Spot, this could have structured a foundation for the studio to build the game version on.

Published by EA Sports, "Madden NFL 17" was released for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 on Aug. 23.
