At first rumors were saying Maksim Chmerkovskiy was dating Latina superstar Jennifer Lopez, but now, the former 'Dancing with the Stars' pro dancer is allegedly dating his DWTS partner, Meryl Davis.

While the pair has remained silent about their supposed relationship ever since speculation surfaced, reports suggest that there is at least a chance that the former 'Dancing with the Stars' partners are romantically linked.

Previous reports linked the pro dancer to J-Lo, but Chmerkovskiy opted to keep his silence about that alleged relationship too. The 45-year-old singer-actress, on the other hand, allegedly told reporters that she intends to stay single following her divorce with Puerto Rican singer Marc Anthony.

Apparently, J Lo told the press that she feels hesitant about bringing another man into her children's lives as her split with Anthony supposedly had a major impact on them.

In regard to Davis, rumors suggest that she may have had a hand in Chmerkovskiy's decision to pull out of 'Dancing with the Stars'.

The American figure skater has reportedly been influencing Chmerkovskiy's resolve to sway far from the dancing show. However, neither Chmerkovskiy nor Davis has confirmed or denied any of these allegations.

As it stands, Maksim's love life remains a mystery, but even as he's no longer part of the DWTS sensation, fans will surely be looking out for any news about him.
