"MasterChef: Junior" US Season 1 Premiere 2013: Gordon Ramsay Will Judge in MasterChef: Junior Series [TRAILER] [LIVE ONLINE STREAM]

The new series "MasterChef: Junior" will premiere tonight on FOX at 8 PM EST and will feature Gordon Ramsay as one of the three show judges. Children between the ages of 8 and 13 will compete for a $100,000 prize by completing tasks in the kitchen. Many critics were concerned about Ramsay's style, which involves a lot of cursing and yelling. Ramsay said that he toned it down for "MasterChef: Junior" because he was working with children.

TV Equals wrote, "Move over grown-ups... the kids are taking over the kitchen! MASTERCHEF JUNIOR is a new culinary competition series for talented kids between the ages of eight and 13 who love to cook. Based on the hugely successful U.K. format, the series extends the MASTERCHEF brand in the U.S. to include a younger group of aspiring masterchefs." The three judges who will decide the winners of the competition are Gordon Ramsay, Graham Elliot, and Joe Bastianich. The idea is for the three judges to not only eliminate players and crown the winner, but to also help each kid in his or her journey to become a successful chef.
