Matt Redman's new album Your Grace Finds Me just released a few weeks back (Sept. 24th) and along with the new record he posted new live videos as well.

Matt Redman won two Grammy Awards, 'Best Contemporary Christian Music Song' and 'Best Gospel/Contemporary Christian Music Performance' earlier this year in Feb. 2013 for his breakout song "10,000 Reasons". That song has definitely been one of, if not the biggest worship song for the church of the past year. 

Your Grace Finds Me was produced by Nathan Nockels and released by Sparrow and Sixsteps Records. This was Redman's eleventh studio album of his career. 

Redman is known for writing some of the most beloved worship songs of the last two decades such as "Heart of Worship", "Let Everything That Has Breath", "Better is One Day" and many more.
