Christian contemporary favorite artist, Michael W. Smith released his new video for his song "You Won't Let Go" Tuesday morning, and the songs message is making huge impact on fans across the world.

Legendary singer/songwriter Smith, has been actively on the road touring with his latest single. "You Won't Let Go" hit radio airwaves in the beginning of the year. Smith took to his Facebook page to promote the singles Lyric video.

Fans immediately took to YouTube to comment on the video.

"It's very uplifting. Makes me feel like I have something important and life-changing to do before I go home" one said.

Another added, "God reveals himself to me through this song!! So good!!!"

Smith announced his upcoming album is set for a May 13 release. In an interview with the Christian Post, the singer described the style of the album. "The new project that I'm working on, is more of a worship mode, not so much corporate, but more anthemic. More of the pop sensibilities I've been known for, but worshipful at the same time," he said.

When asked about the forth-coming record the singer also told NRT Insider that he I feels like his best work is yet to come. Smith has been prepping for a 2014 Alaska Cruise concert alongside the all-star lineup Scott Hamilton, Darlene Zschech, Phillips Craig & Dean, and Comedian John Branyan.

Over the course of Smith's career, he has sold more than 13 million albums and recorded 29 No. 1 Hit songs, fourteen gold albums, and five platinum albums. He is a Christian music lover favorite and his fans have expressed their anticipation for his next release.
