Miley Cyrus' "Bangerz" Tops Billboard and iTunes Charts: "Wrecking Ball" and "We Can't Stop" Songstress Starts Worldwide Promotional Campaign [VIDEO]
Miley Cyrus' has been in the headlines for the past few months and now all of the publicity stunts have paid off. Her new album "Bangerz" debuted at number one on the Billboard Top 200 charts and number one on the iTunes charts in 70 different countries, including the USA, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and the UK. She has already sold 270,000 albums of "Bangerz."
Victor Smith of StarPulse.com wrote, "Bangerz has been getting rave reviews including Entertainment Weekly calling it '... utterly fresh, a pop blitz from a hip-hop blueprint, and proof that Miley won't settle for just shocking us.' Smith also wrote about VEVO's announcement that they will be honoring Miley by putting on a special "Certified" promotion for her because 7 of her videos hit 100,000,000 views.
Smith wrote, "Due to this success, VEVO will be honoring Miley's "We Can't Stop," "Wrecking Ball," "Party in the USA," "Can't Be Tamed," and "7 Things" videos for passing the 100 million milestone. They will also include new exclusive interviews with Miley where she will talk about the making of these videos, her relationship with her fans and much more. Miley's CERTIFIED campaign kicks off across VEVO later this month."
