Miley Cyrus and Britney Spears sit down to talk about Miley's new documentary 'The Movement' on MTV. 

The documentary follows the controversial singer through the studio, "We Can't Stop" sessions and leading up to her VMA performance. 

Miley explains that she's starting over as a new artist right now and that she feels she was born to be the person she is right now. 

She shares about the VMA performance, "Everyone takes the VMAs so serious. I just wanna come out and shoot a hot dog gun! I just wanna have fun!" Cyrus touches on the critics from her performance saying, "You're always going to make people talk. You might as well make them talk for two weeks, rather than two seconds." 

The Miley Cyrus documentary 'The Movement' airs on MTV October 2 at 10 p.m.
