Miley Cyrus MTV Europe's EMAs 2013 / "Weed Is The Best Drug on Earth" / "We Can't Stop" Joins Lady Gaga, Katy Perry as Performers in Amsterdam

Miley Cyrus has just been confirmed to perform at the EMA's, MTV Europe's version of the VMAs. Pimping out their overnight sensation Miley Cyrus even more than they did at the Video Music Awards 2013, MTV is throwing the world's hardest twerking pop star back on stage, hoping to repeat the hysteria of Miley's "We Can't Stop" and "Blurred Lines" performance.

Will the weed coffee shop capital of the world be the best place for Miley to let loose in? She recently told Rolling Stone she's going to have a blast in the Dutch capital, because she loves blood.

"Weed is the best drug on earth. One time I smoked a joint with peyote in it, and I saw a wolf howling at the moon. ... And molly (MDMA, aka Ecstasy), too. Those are happy drugs - social drugs."

Other A-List performers include Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande.

American artists, Justin Timberlake and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis lead the pack with 5 nominations each. Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Robin Thicke, and the "Wrecking Ball" songstress nominated for four.

LMFAO's Redfoo is hosting the event.

The 2013 EMAs is scheduled for November 10 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Viewers in the U.S. can watch the event at 7 PM ET.
