Miley Cyrus Rolling Stone Interview 2013 / "We Can't Stop" Singer Nude on Cover / "Kanye West is the S--t"

For all the money that Miley Cyrus has made over her career, the girl can't seem to find any clothes. Her most recent of expression of the physical is Cyrus on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. Cyrus appears on the latest issue of the popular entertainment magazine naked licking her right shoulder.

Whether you love or hate the "We Can't Stop" singer's "new" style, she knows how to capitalize on the shock-value of a Disney star-turned salvia-smoking sex "icon."

Many that saw the 2013 VMAs performance were shocked as to where this new ghetto-fab Miley was coming from. In the issue Miley opened up about her relationship with Kanye West, whose been providing the "Wrecking Ball" starlet some creative direction.

"Kanye is the s--t. I kind of have a good relationship with him now," Cyrus says. "It's good to have someone you can call and be like, 'Yo, do you think I should wear this?' 'Do you think I should go in the studio with this guy?' 'Do you think this is cool?' That's what homies are supposed to do."

Cyrus also chatted about the president of the Vanilla Ice fan club, Justin Bieber.

I'm not much older than him, so I never want it to feel like I'm mentoring him. But I do mentor him in a way. Because I've been doing this sh-t for a long time, and I already transitioned, and I don't think he's quite done it yet. He's trying really hard. People don't take him seriously, but he really can play the drums, he really can play guitar, he really can sing.
