NBC's "Million Second Quiz" Features an App for Fan Interaction [LIVE ONLINE STREAM]

NBC's new TV series "Million Second Quiz" premiered on Monday, September 9th and featured an app for fans to download and compete along with the show's contestants. "Million Second Quiz" strives to be a TV show that captures the primetime audience but also engages a growing mobile audience through the iOS and Android platforms.

The "Million Second Quiz" app, or "MSQ" app, has features that allow for the user to stay constantly updated on the contest even when it is not being aired on television. When the program is on the air, users can sync their app with the live broadcast and compete against the contestants on the show.

Users were introduced the "Million Second Quiz" app early last month, and have had a chance to compete for the position of "Line Jumper." When a user wins one of these contests, he or she is sent to New York on an overnight flight to be an official contestant. The highest scoring contestant at any given time on the show will sit in the "money chair" and earn $10 a second until a challenger wins it away.  The top 5 earners will have a chance to face off for the 2 million dollar grand prize at the end of the competition.

Click here for a LIVE STREAM of the contestants as they compete off the air and tune in for the next round of on air competition at 8PM EST on NBC.
