MXPX Bass Guitarist Mike Herrera to Release Limited Edition Vinyl of Guitar Center Podcast

On November 19, MXPX singer and bass guitarist Mike Herrera is taking us into the vault and releasing a limited-edition 7" picture disc vinyl of the acoustic concert he performed with Nic Harcourt, via Rock City Recording Company at the Guitar Center located on Sunset Boulevard. Dating back to June 28, 2012, Herrera performed live on podcast while MXPX was in the middle of its 20^th Anniversary Tour.

Accumulating vinyl records has always been a bit of a passion project for the bass guitarist.

"I personally love collecting vinyl. That has morphed into a love of releasing collectable vinyl for each new musical endeavor I embark upon. I'm further down that wax road with this limited-edition live picture disc. This is a jumping-off point to introduce even more new songs and my personal style to a still growing and wonderful audience."

Those who pre-order the disc will also receive a Mike Herrera Music guitar pick, custom made. On one side is his signature and on the other is the MXPX logo. Other perks include a copy of chord change and lyric sheets for hits like "Aces Up" and "Secret Weapon. A personal signature rounds out the package.
