NBC's "Revolution" TV Show Season 2 Premieres Tonight at 8 PM EST: Trailer and Spoilers for Premiere Air Date [VIDEO] [TRAILER] [WATCH ONLINE]

The "Revolution" TV show trailer drops a ton of spoilers for audiences about tonight's premiere episode of season 2 on NBC. Some of the major spoilers were revealed at Comic Con this year. One of these spoilers is that the heroes of the show did not stop the nukes from falling on Philly and Atlanta. Showrunner Eric Kripke says, "We're trying to be the first network show in history that loses two American cities in the first 15 seconds [of a season]. We're back to a very intense set of basics, [a world] that's even more dangerous than in season 1."

There are even more spoilers floating about that deal with the Patriot group. General Monroe and Miles will eventually form a team together. Kripke said, "The idea is to create a villain this year that's so bad and so insidious that even our heroes and villains have to band together to face this threat."

The earlier timeslot (8 PM EST on Wednesdays) has left fans wondering if the show is trying to move to a more mainstream, audience friendly feel. That would mean less graphic violence would be shown onscreen. Kripke assured audiences that the show would remain exactly as the same as before. The show promises to be just as complicated, with compelling characters and mysteries plot twists. Season 2 should be a blast!
