Tonight's episode synopsis:

DiNozzo returns to his Baltimore Police Department days when he sees a felony suspect from a 15-year-old case at the NCIS crime scene of a murdered Petty Officer.

According to the trailer preview for tonight's episode, it looks like DiNozzo's memory of working for the Baltimore Police Department is triggered after chasing a suspect from a 15-year old case. Tonight's episode will explore Tony's past, most likely to get a glimpse of the former cop's future. How will he respond to Ziva's departure?

"This is something that's going to really linger with him and resonate for him," said NCIS producer Gary Glasberg in an interview with TVGuide. "There's going to be a certain maturity that's going to come out of this for Tony."

Mark Harmon dished some Season 11 spoilers on The Arsenio Hall Show last week, telling the talk show host that, "it's up to this highly professional group to use that as a springboard to get better, to improve and to stay No. 1." The actor who plays Gibbs on the show added: "We've had a lot of changes. We've managed to get better with the changes both in front of the camera and behind the camera."
