NeNe Leakes Hospitalized For Blood Clots, Tweets Out Hospital Pic 

Real Housewives of Atlanta star, NeNe Leakes was recently hospitalized for what we all thought has been a heart attack, but she recently cleared the air clarifying, "Contrary to published reports I did not have a heart attack," she wrote on her blog.

Leakes expressed that she had not been feeling well and suffered from a shortness of breath. She went to get checked out and Doctors discovered that the 45-year-old had blood clots in her lungs. She tweeted out hospital pic of her I.V. that said "blessed to be alive."

"I'm thankful to be alive as the doctor advised me that most people don't recognize the symptoms of blood clots and don't go to the doctor and that's when the big problems start happening." Leakes said she was "fortunate to have had a wonderful experience with the doctors and nurses" and feels "blessed to be home with my wonderful husband [Gegg] and family!"

During an interview former housewife Sheree Whitfield said, "I'll say a prayer for her and I'm hoping she makes a quick recovery." Kim Zolciak also sent blessings NeNe's way saying, "My thoughts and prayers are with NeNe at this time. I know she will be back to her feisty self in no time."
