Yankees vs Mariners Live Stream: How to Watch MLB Free Online (YES TV Schedule, Start Time)
The New York Yankees (15-10) will face off against the Seattle Mariners (10-14) tonight at Yankee Stadium in New York. The game will start at 7:05 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream via the MLB link below.
The Bronx Bombers will welcome an old friend in the Bronx, former Yankee All-Star second baseman Robinson Cano will make his first appearance in New York since leaving the Yankees.
Cano signed a 10-year, $240 million contract with Seattle in the offseason, after spending his first nine seasons in the big leagues as a Bronx Bomber.
The Yankees defeated the Los Angeles Angels by 3-2 on Sunday night, with Yankees reliever Adam Warren (1-1) helping his team to the victory two nights ago. Tonight meanwhile, Yankees ace CC Sabathia (3-2) looks to outduel Mariners starter Chris Young when the two men oppose each other.
Yankees captain Derek Jeter knows how challenging it will be to face his friend Robinson Cano after playing with him for nine years.
"Sometimes people lose sight of that," said Jeter to reporters. "It's not too often guys get an opportunity -- in any sport -- to play with one team their entire career ... as much as people would like to see guys stay with one particular team, it doesn't always happen."
Cano though, also knows how weird it will be to face his former club on Tuesday night.
"(I'm) just looking forward to going there, and now I'm obviously on the opposite team ... and hopefully I'll be treated nice by the fans," Cano said. "Just looking forward to going back and playing on the field that I first came up (on) as a young kid and what I learned as I grew up and see teammates, especially a guy like Jeter in his last year."
