NFL Injury Report Update: Falcons’ Julio Jones And Eagles’ Zach Ertz Coming Back After Injury

NFL fans are set to see Atlanta Falcon's Julio Jones playing against the Saints, as per reports. Also, Philadelphia Eagles' Zach Ertz is set to come back after his bye.

In a statement, as cited by the team's official website, Jones said that he would play Monday night. He also said that he would not chance it if he had not felt like he had been ready. The wide receiver also mentioned that if he had felt like he had been going to overcompensate or something else had been going to get torn up or it had been going to get worse or anything like such, he was good."

"I've been getting great treatment therapy and rest - it's the key," Jones said.

Due to a calf injury, Jones missed two days of game practice last week and he was restricted on Sept. 24 prior to being set as questionable for the team's prime-time divisional match, as per NFL's official website.

In other news, Eagles' tight end Ertz and cornerback Leodis McKelvin are set to return to the game, according to coach Doug Pederson, as cited by NFL. The publication said that they are back on track following their Week 4 bye.

Having 853 yards on 75 catches in the last season, Ertz had a rib displacement in the team's season-opening victory against the Cleaveland Browns and was ruled out for Week 3. On the other hand McKelvin had a hamstring injury.

Along with Ertz and McKelvin, Pederson also reportedly ruled out offensive lineman Isaac Seumalo for the Steelers game. Meanwhile, linebacker Mychal Kendricks is set to play.
