The Nokia Lumia 928, the Windows 8 flagship phone is available exclusively at Verizon. 

The Lumia 928 comes with a display screen size of 4.5 inches as compared to the iPhone 5 screen size of 4 inches. 

The main camera with a pureview 8.7MP comes in behind the power of cameras with its competitors Samsung Galaxy S4 (13MP) but equal to the iPhone at 8MP. The iPhone still shoots better in low light and distance photots however. 

The Lumia 928 has a Dual-core qualcomm snapdragon S4 processor (1.5GHz)

The Lumia 928 weighs 5.71 ounces as compared to the Samsung Galaxy S4 weighing 4.6 ounces and the iPhone 5 that weighs the least at 3.95 ounces.

One of the main downfalls for a windows phone is the lack of Apps. Apple's App Store is by far the best and most comprehensive. So if you are used to using it, it is a hard thing to switch away from to go to a Windows phone.
