If there is one thing that fans of "Outlander" are dying to know about the upcoming season, that is whether Jamie will finally get to meet his daughter Brianna. Season 3 will also focus on the reunion of Jamie and Claire, who traveled through time to save their daughter.

The upcoming season of the time travel series will feature extensive flashbacks. Spoilers for the series suggest that these flashbacks will help Claire reminisce her life without Jamie. Moreover, the new season will tackle her pregnancy, her marriage to Frank and the death of her husband.

As for Brianna, reports claim that she will go through the stones and go 200 years back in time, where she will be followed by her lover, Roger. This part of the story was not featured until the fourth part of the book titled "Drums of Autumn."

The new season will also follow Jamie as he fights Black Jack Randall, played by Tobias Menzies.

Just recently, "Outlander" co-executive producer Matthew B. Roberts teased fans with a photo from the filming for season 3. The shot shows the cast and crew prepping up for the Battle of Culloden scene, standing on the field while wearing their costumes.

While fans still wait for the new season to air, a new book titled "The Making of Outlander: The Series: The Official Guide to Seasons One & Two" has been released to provide tidbits of interesting facts about the first two seasons of the show.
