Pauly D Baby Mama Drama: Who Will Win Custody of Amabella? [PHOTO]

Jersey Shore star Pauly D is now a proud father of his first daughter Amabella. The mother of the child is Amanda Markert, a former Hooters waitress. Apparently, the two are not dating nor do they have any kind of relationship, but with the birth of Amabella, the two hope to spark a romance for her sake.

According to TMZ, the parents are now in a legal battle over the custody of the child. Markert is trying to get child support and Pauly D is trying to get custodial rights to see his child.

Markert was very upset about all the media attention she was getting for being the mother of the Jersey Shore star's child. She tweeted, "People should be ashamed involving an infant. I can't understand how and why people are so cruel and negative! My goodness, give it up already!"

Later, she tweeted, "All I want for Christmas is all the baby girl clothes, accessories and costumes in the world for my lil girl."

Pauly D doesn't think Markert is a good mother, and wants custody of the child. He claims that she works at Hooters still and has another child with another man. He wants to provide for his daughter financially, but doesn't appreciate being treated like a bank for his hookup Markert.

Will Pauly D get custody of his child, which he clearly wants, in order to provide for her financially? Will Pauly D make a good father?
