We all seen Drake perform last night during the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, but the rapper has a sh*t storm brewing up! A recently employed stylist by the name Michael Raphael is suing Drake for over $75,000. Raphael says Drake owes him $76,490 as of December 2012 for consulting services, hotel bills, plane tickets, and huge shopping expenses.

Raphael was hired by Drake back in August of 2012 at a monthly rate of $39,583. Raphael's consulting services consisted of styling Drake, clothing and graphic designs for Drake's company OVO, brand direction, and photography.

Raphael also included a bunch of receipts in the lawsuit of money he took out of his own pocket to spend on Drake's behalf. Raphael showed receipts from Nike totaling to $1,162, Diesel, which totaled to $1,483 and American Rag for $714.

Raphael says Drake paid his bills from August to November last year, but the payments stopped coming in during the month of December when Raphael spent nearly $40,000 on clothes and other expenses where he used his monthly salary, that totaled to $76,490.

All in all, this whole ordeal is probably just one big misunderstanding. Drake has millions, why not pay a tab that you can obviously afford to pay off three times if you wanted too? Stay tuned for updates.
