Videos of rapping dad Derek Clark have gone viral making him a YouTube sensation with more then half a million views giving him a platform to share his inspirational story.

Rapping Clark has several videos of him rapping with his children by his side. Father of four, Clark uses his rhymes to share his story of tragedy to triumph. Clark a Christian inspirational and motivational speaker described in his book, "I Will Never Give Up On God Again" the battle he had as a young man in rage.

"I have played the victim role by constantly blaming God. I had an angel's heart, but I was a confused and mislabeled little boy who could only communicate through rage and violence. This tendency followed me into my teenager years, as I became more self-destructive. I now realize that I wasn't a victim of God, I was a victor with God," an excerpt from his book read.

Google has ranked Derek Clark the #1 "Inspiring Motivational Speaker" out of 51 million listings and #2 for "Stories On Never Giving Up" out of 320 million results.

Having suffered unthinkable child abuse, abandonment, emotional distress, and being improperly labeled - at the age of 16 Clark's siblings were killed and while hanging in the school yard witnessing a rap battle amongst peers, Clark realized he wanted to do that as a way to relieve years of anger.

Clark grew up in the San Francisco Bay area foster care system for 13 years after his mother dropped him off at a psychiatric facility at the age of five. According to his YouTube videos, he uses his raps to spread the message of hope and to encourage others to "Never give up."

As a speaker, author, and singer/songwriter, Derek has spoken and performed his music for tens of thousands of people from all over the world, including former President George Bush of the United States.

His motto is to make no excuses. He took his life and went from "victim to a victor," which is the saying on his site that equipped him with the "Wisdom and the will to never give up."
