Rend Collective Releases New Full-Length Album 'Good News'; Hosts Sunday Live Stream For Fans
On Friday, Irish band Rend Collective released their latest full-length album Good News. The 15-track album includes songs like "Marching On," a collaboration with Hillsong Young & Free, as well as the group's hit single "Rescuer (Good News)." The group also spent time with fans on social media Sunday, explaining the heart behind the new album and answering questions during a live stream.
Good News is already a tremendous success for the band, hitting No. 1 on iTunes Christian & Gospel album chart, and No. 4 on iTunes overall album chart. The album has also hit Top 10 on iTunes in both the U.K. and Canada and was as of Friday the No. 3 top downloaded the album on iTunes in the world. To stream or download Good News, click here.
The title-track "Rescuer (Good News)" has already reached the Top 10 on both the AC Indicator and National Audience singles chart and is currently playing on major stations, including K-Love, Air1, WAY-FM, KSBJ, and more, reaching a total weekly audience of over 2.8 million listeners and over 3 million views on the official video on YouTube.
On Sunday, Rend Collective posted a special discount on the single on social media, offering the single for 69¢ on the U.S. iTunes:

On Feb. 1 Rend Collective is kicking off "The Good News Tour Pt. 1" in the U.K. with "Pt. 2" following in Orlando, Fla., on March 1 with North American dates throughout March and April.
