'Salem' Season 3 Episode 6 Spoilers: Anne Hale Casts Dark Magic On Gloriana's Unborn Child With Cotton

Following the major bombshells dropped in "Salem" season 3, episode 5, fans can expect the upcoming episode to get darker and creepier.

In the previous episode, Cotton Mather learned that he had a child but not with witch Anne Hale. To his surprise, he learned that the baby was growing inside the womb of his ex-mistress, Gloriana. The episode also revealed that Tituba was actually a traitor serving the devil, who had ordered her to kill The Sentinel, his brother.

In episode 6, viewers will witness how Anne takes advantage of her dark magic.

"Mary and Alden have their love put to the ultimate test. Meanwhile, Anne becomes more deeply involved with dark magic," reads the synopsis for the episode.

In the promo for episode 6, titled "Wednesday's Child," Anne is shown casting dark magic on the unborn baby of Gloriana. It can be recalled that towards the end of the previous episode, Cotton's ex-lover came to Salem to search for the father of her baby. Unfortunately, Gloriana revealed to Anne that Cotton was the father of her child.

The promo also shows Anne sleeping naked with the child. Fans have yet to find out if she is going to kill the baby. This is going to be a suspenseful episode, since her husband will surely kill Anne if he learns about the treachery that she has committed. On the other hand, there are speculations that Anne will not kill the unborn baby but will transfer it to her womb to keep her marriage intact.

"Salem" season 3, episode 6 airs on December 14, 9:00 P.M. on WGN America.
