Selah Captivates The Franklin Theater for 'An Evening of Worship' With Friends The Nelons, Seth & Nirva and More [EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS]
Selah hit the stage at the Franklin Theater just outside of Nashville Monday night for an evening of worship. The powerful group was joined by their friends Seth & Nirva, The Nelons, Ricardo Sanchez, For the Fatherless, and Micah Peacock. Micah Peacock kicked off the night, joined by his producer the legendary, Grammy award winning producer Michael Omartian. Peacocks new album Shadow to Sunlight is available now on iTunes.
Husband and wife duo from Buffalo, New York, For the Fatherless, hit the stage next. The two shared about how the tragedies of not having their dads brought them to sing songs directing people to their heavenly fathers. The self-titled album, For the fatherless is available also now.
Cornerstone church San Antonio Texas worship leader Ricardo Sanchez was up next and the vibrant worshiper performed an upbeat number to get the crowd going. Sanchez well known for singing at Pastor John Hagees church, has an album coming soon.
Seth & Nirva both well-known as backup singers for the artists TobyMac and Kirk Franklin, were next and the talented married couple performed their worship songs together. The duo's groovy worship album I Need Youis out now and the two are currently enjoying doing ministry together in Lakeland Florida.
Popular southern gospel group The Nelons, a group consisting of mother, father and their two daughters brought a jaw dropping performance. The family's new album Hymns: The a Cappella Sessionsis out now.
The headliners of the night, Selah, truly lived up to their reputation. From their first song to their last every note every keystroke was pure perfection and more importantly had an anointing that filled the packed theater. Allan, Amy, and Todd have had massive success with their album You Amaze Us and their single of the same name has been No.1 for 14 weeks now.
