Singer-Songwriter Randy Seedorff Releases New Music Video "From The Inside Out"
Kansas City-based singer-songwriter Randy Seedorff has released a new music video for his 2016 No. 1 single, "From the Inside Out," and can be viewed at the end of this article. Since its release, the inspiring song has been playing at over 200 Christian INSPO/Soft AC and Christian AC-formatted radio outlets.
Speaking about the story behind the song, Seedorff says it was inspired by the Book of Ezekiel in the Old Testament, where it says in chapter 36, verse 26-27, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws." (NIV)
"The premise of the song is that God first changes the heart; and the rest of the mind, body, soul, and lifestyle begin to change as well," Seedorff said. "The video depicts the change in the hearts of the actors and a transition from dark to light."
The new music video for "From the Inside Out" was filmed, directed and edited by Zach Johnson Productions in Lee's Summit, Mo., and was filmed on location at the Weston Bed and Breakfast and Weston United Methodist Church in Weston, Mo. Starring in the video, are Amanda Stoffer, Cory Williams, and Greg Lane.
The single is the follow-up release to Seedorff's "Fearless," the lead single from his seven-track solo project, Elevate.
