‘Sniper Elite 4' News Update: Game’s New Trailer Is Bloody? [WATCH]
Rebellion Developments' "Sinper Elite 4" has released its latest gameplay trailer and it is gory in nature.
The trailer opens with a Mediterranean village, which is followed by a man climbing and a guard checking the surroundings. The next sequence sees the man, who has just climbed, threw the guard to the sea. Then, he uses his binoculars to check the village and presumably, his target.
A soldier sets up a bomb in another scene and it is followed by a scene showing a man, stabbing another game character. The next sequence sees a sniper shoot a soldier, with the bullet seen entering the victim's body and destroys his heart. Another scene shows a bomb explosion, hitting a soldier.
Further sequences show the game's locale, such as the church, a house, and the cuty center, where soldiers can be seen shooting and fighting. The scenes become more dynamic as they progress, as evidenced by falling load, truck explosion, more shooting, stabbing, and close combat.
Overall, the trailer showcases the game as dynamic and bloody at the same time.
According to PC Gamer, the players' mission is to take down a secret Nazi U-boat base commander in the Mediterranean; however, Hitler has already done it. As a result, the player's character has to destroy the entire base and kill Hitler.
The game runs in 1080p on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, as per Game Spot. According to the publication, it is the first series entry designed without the last-generation hardware issues, which let the studio produce a definite "World War II" shooter.
"Sniper Elite 4" is set to be released for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows on Feb. 14, 2017.
