Super Smash Bros 4's "Pic of the Day' on the Miiverse by game director Masahiro Sakurai is back, and today's image features two of the newer characters, Rosalina and Luma.

In this 3DS version screen shot of the game, the princess and her companion can be seen on a platform high in the sky with edges of huge rocks jutting through the clouds. Rosalina has her eyes closed with Luma shining next to her as a ring like halo forms above her head. See the picture here.

"Pic of the day. Rosalina and Luma's attacks are very different. This screencap shows Rosalina producing a Saturnian ring for her strong up attack," Sakurai posted on the Miiverse.

The newest addition, King Dedede, was announced last week on the Super Smash Bros site.

Kirby's large mallet carrying nemesis was in the last installment of the game, "Brawl" for the Wii console, as well.

"Pic of the day. Celebrating the launch of Kirby: Triple Deluxe in Japan, King Dedede joins the battle! Check out his evocative facial expressions on the official web site," Sakurai wrote on Miiverse. See the picture here.

Prior to him the last addition to the roster was Princess Zelda.

The characters confirmed for the game so far are: Mario, Luigi, Link, Samus, Kirby, Fox, Pikachu, Bowser, Donkey Kong, Pit, Olimar, Toon Link, Princess Peach, Sonic the Hedgehog, MegaMan, Wii Fit Trainer, Rosalina, Zelda, and the Villager. King Dedede makes character 21.

The game is expected to hit the Wii U and 3DS late spring, but a release date has not officially been announced yet.
