Though Apple has released their latest iPad Air, Microsoft is not quitting with trying to be the best at Technology as well, as they are about to release the new Microsoft Surface 2. Supposedly the new Apple iPad Air is the thinnest, lightest, and fastest iPad yet, it basically feels like you have a fully functional computer in your hands. Microsoft is known for believing in it's products and the fact that Windows may possibly take over Apple in general, Microsoft doesn't phase by the continous technology that Apple brings to the table. Microsoft has already released the new video ad's for the Microsoft Surface 2 and according to  CNET News, " Microsoft touted the Surface 2 model is the model for the more focused and more driven individuals who want to use their tablets for productivity purposes, and not just for fun. Microsoft implies that iPad is just a nice toy, while Surface 2 is the real deal ".

Though Apple has a record 94% share of the Education market where Microsoft's claim barely hits close to that, Microsoft is still pushing that the Surface is still the better bet when it comes to computers. Microsoft doesn't exaclty lie about that either with being equipped with Nvidia's Tegra 4 (T40) processor, a 1.7GHz ARM mobile quad-core CPU boasting 72 graphics cores, as well as, having 2GB of RAM. The new Surface 2 also has more ways to either save or download things with the Surface 2 having a USB port and a slot where a microSD card can go, so you can have an extra 32GB storage on your tablet. The Apple iPad Air does not have such a thing. This of course can enhance the usage and sells of the Surface 2 with consumers being able to use it for more office activities than just the typical tablet use. Along with added storage, the new Microsoft Surface 2 comes with a fully functional 'real' keyboard that allows easier handling and work space.
