'Tales Of Berseria' Trailer News: Latest Trailer Reveals New Gameplay Elements And Characters
The upcoming "Tales of Berseria" introduces new gameplay elements, as revealed by its latest trailer.
On Tuesday, "Tales of Berseria" creator Bandai Namco Entertainment began streaming the English-subbed trailer for the upcoming PlayStation 4 and PC role-playing video game. The trailer revealed the new gameplay elements of the new game, including "Liberation- LMBS (Linear Motion Battle System)" and special "Break Soul" character actions. The game also features new "Switch Blast" attacks that allows for character-switching.
The trailer also offered a glimpse of the game's main characters. One is named Eleanor Hume, who can "make a fool of enemies with long spear skills." Moreover, the trailer gave gamers a fresh look at some of the Special Combat Actions that each of its cast members can carry out in battle. It also offered a look at some of the mini games that will appear in the game.
"Tales of Berseria" will start shipping for PS4 on January 24, 2017 and for PC via Stream on January 27 in North America. The new video game will start shipping on January 27 for PS4 in Europe.
According to reports, "Tales of Berseria" creator Bandai Namco Entertainment will also release a Collector's Edition for PlayStation 4 but it will only be limited to 10,000 copies. It will be sold in the US for $149.99 and will include a free steel book case, chibi Velvet and Laphicet keychains and an 8-bit retro keychain set when bought. Also included in the parcel is a music selection CD, trading cards, a starter strategy guide art book, and a hard-bound copy of the prequel novel, "A Witch's Tale: A World Full of Daemons."
"Tales of Berseria" for PS34 and PS3 was first shipped in Japan on August 18.
