Taylor Swift Cast in "A Star Is Born", "Pretty Woman", "Gone With The Wind" Remake? "22" Singer "Getting Ready To Sink Her Teeth" in Roles

Is Taylor Swift going to be cast in new versions of A Star Is Born, Pretty Woman, and/or Gone With The Wind?

Taylor Swift is a busy girl. Touring and writing new songs for her upcoming new album seems like it would take up most her workday. In a recent interview with Examiner the Red songstress revealed songwriting wasn't her first dream job. Apparently the "22" singer wanted to writer novels. In the same interview Swift also admitted she'd be interested in doing a little more acting if the right role came about.

The National Enquirer recently reported that Swift is "getting ready to sink her teeth into beefier starring roles in movies." Swift has already appeared in smaller roles for Valentine's Day, a guest spot on New Girl and even hosted her very own episode of SNL. The girl that once wanted to be a paperback writer has proven she has the chops to be funny and a little serious on screen.

One source reports Taylor was even offered a role in the upcoming movie The Secret Service.

According to the source: "Filming commences in October and will shoot mainly in London and south of France. Matthew looked at a number of actresses to play the part before settling on Taylor - apparently she was a natural on the big screen."

So with fellow country icon Carrie Underwood already cast in the upcoming Sound of Music Live! set to premiere in December on NBC, is Swift coming back with a classic remake of her own?

It's probably hype but who knows?
