Tedashii Says Living Through Tragedy is His 'New Normal'; Experiences Won't 'Rob God of Love' [BC Pulse Interview 1]

Tedashii

Christian rapper Tedashii stopped by BREATHEcast to do a Q&A about his album Below Paradise, dealing with tragedy, and being mad at God.

The Reach Records emcee tragically lost a child last year, and a lot of his new album deals with the pain and emotions behind such a loss.

"Tragedy has shown me an entirely different side of myself. Actually I tell people I'm different, I'm not who I was. I'm an entirely different person," he said, "It's my new normal."

Tedashii opened up a little more and shared how although he was initially angry at God, he was able to find peace through his sovereignty.

"I went through a season of blaming God," he revealed, "You recognize pain and suffering entered the world because Satan wanted pain and suffering to enter the world."

He continued, "What I've experienced in no way robs God of love for me. There's no love loss on my behalf."
