Georgia University at Tennessee. Georgia Bulldogs Win 34-31 against the Tennessee Volunteers.

The Tennessee Volunteers played the Georgia Bulldogs today with the conclusion of knowing that the Volunteers will lose yet another game to the Georgia Bulldogs. The Georgia Bulldogs are currently holding sixth in the nation, while Tennessee is unranked in the FBS (Football Bowl Subdivision) poll. Going into the third quarter, Tennessee was losing 17-3 when quarterback Worley threw a controversial touchdown pass to wide receiver North. With pressure being on, Clarksville Northeast graduate, Jaylen Reeves-Maybin, blocks a punt that was picked up for another touchdown by the UT Vols which in turn completely changed the momentum of the game. During the beginning of the fourth quarter it seemed that the UT Vols were going to get their first win against the Bulldogs in nearly four years. With nearly five seconds left in the game,  Bulldogs quarterback Aaron Murray, takes Georgia on a two-minute drive where he brings the game to 31-31 and takes it into overtime.

With the first of overtime beginning, UT Vols attempted to make the first touchdown off the 25 yard line but UT wide reciever, Howard, lost possesion of the football. Tennessee eliminated their chances of putting points on the board by fumbling the ball in the endzone, which in turn gave the football to Georgia Bulldogs. With three downs in, Georgia never gains a yard and has kicker, Morgan, kick a 43 yard line field goal to win the game. The kick was good, and the Georgia Bulldogs bring home another win.First time Vols Head Football coach, Butch Jones, is still looking for his first signature win to turn the Tennessee program into a once again competitve team in the SEC.  Despite the loss, the Tennessee fans continued to praise their home team as they walked off the field by almost upsetting the sixth team in the nation.
