The Classic Crime New Record Mastered, Finished, Will Release in Summer
The Classic Crime announced an update on the project they fund-raised through Kickstarter.com. Matt from The Classic Crime wrote that the record is already mastered and that they did everything possible to make is sounds its best.
"Officially, there is nothing we can do to make this thing sound any better. It is finished. Done. Packaged as beautifully as we could make it given the generous resources you've provided us. It sounds GREAT," said Matt of The Classic Crime.
He added, "We're so happy with it and cannot wait for you to hear it."
The band was running a project through Kickstarter.com to raise funds for their new record. They were able to raise nearly triple the amount they initially set to gather through the campaign. The project was successful and everyone who pledged will receive some kind of reward such as T-shirt, digital download of the album before its release, physical copy and more.
One interesting reward is also a lock of Matt's hair. The band with a good humor said, "Kinda gross but whatever. Make a paintbrush out of it or something. DNA is forever."
