FOX's most watched television series of this Fall, "Sleepy Hollow" aired last night with episode 8, 'Necromancer'. In this week's episode, Ichabod, Abbie, Captain Irving and Jenny all join forces and face the headless horsemen. Abbie trys to persuade the team that Headless may be willing to talk to someone who is already dead, while Ichabod is faced with game-changing information about the Horseman's real motives. 

"Necromancer" starts with Abbie, Captain Irving, and Ichabod trapping Headless into a room and having him chained to the walls. As they discuss how they are going to move forward with the destruction of headless, Ichabod brings Officer Brooks forward in hopes that Headless will speak to him. Two men are hunting in the woods when they find the Headless' horse. One of the men start talking in German on the phone to someone saying they needed to meet ASAP, and than kills the other hunter. Ichabod and Abbie search for Brooks when they find hieroglyphic symbols for communicating with the dead in his room in the tunnels. Ichabod realizes that Adam is the Necromancer, and is the voice of the Horsemen. Jenny and Captain Irving investigate a break in at a local antique shop when they realize the robbers took a hex spell that will break the protection spell around the Horsemens cell. Someone is planning to break the Horsemen out. As Abbie and Ichabod bring Adam back to talk to Headless, Adam becomes possessed and ichabod find's his wife, katrina, necklace on Headless. Flashback back to when Katrina recieved the necklace, Ichabod remembers the day that his best friend, Abraham, had given it to her, and she confessed her love for Ichabod. Back to present day, Ichabod talks with Headless about Katrina and Headless confesses  his real reason for being in Sleepy Hollow is for Ichabod. Headless explains that he killed his partner, Abraham, and that Ichabod was his mission then and now. 

Meanwhile, Jenny and Irving have made sure that no one will break Headless out of his cell, when Ichabod realizes that Brooks had the spell along. Headless is set free, and Ichabod and him began to have a sword duel. Ichabod realizes that Headless is in fact Abraham, and he is seeking his own revenge for Ichabod taking his wife. Abraham was taken by the Hessians duing the war, put in their clothes, had his head shaved, masked, and branded. Though Ichabod notes that he made a deal with Death(Headless) for revenge, he is corrcected when Headless tells him is what actually for Katrina. Demons come in and then steal Headless from killing Ichabod , and Abbie begans to wander who Ichabod is really meant for, if not Headless. Nevertheless, they have found Headlesss' weakness. Now, they need Katrina to finish him off.
