The Voice 2013 Season 4 update!

The problem with reality singing competitions like The Voice on NBC, that give America the power to choose between who advances and who is eliminated, is that sometimes America gets it wrong.

In last night's The Voice Top 5 live results episode, Team Adam Levine's Amber Carrington and Team Shakira's Sasha Allen were both sent home from Season 4, thus knocking their respective Voice 2013 judges out of the competition.

The Voice 2013 Season 4 finale episode Monday June 17^th, 2013 will feature two acts from Team Blake: Danielle Bradbery and The Swon Brother. Team Usher's Michelle Chamuel is the only remaining contestant who can prevent Team Blake from winning The Voice two years in a row.

What's with all the country music in Season 4? Team Blake picked an almost entire country squad and has crushed his fellow Voice 2013 judges almost the entire season. Does Blake Shelton know what kind of music America wants to hear? Is he just a lucky fool? Or does he have something special in that cup he's always sipping from.

Either way one of his acts, The Swon Brothers tore up the iTunes charts this week. If America allows that duo of country bumpkins to win this year's The Voice, I will lose all faith entirely.
