Tim Burton to Direct 'Beetlejuice' Sequel Cast with Michael Keaton (VIDEO)

Tim Burton released Beatlejuice in 1988 and became known for his dark yet comedic movies and launched him into one of the biggest film directing careers of the last 20 years. 

While nothing has been officially confirmed, it is reported that a Beatljuice sequel is in the works. The script was written by Seth Grahame-Smith, who wrote Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. 

Michael Keaton is excited about playing the epic Beetlejuice role again and Warner Bros. looks to be making the new film a priority to make happen. 

Ofcourse, Tim Burton would have to be on board for the movie to be worthwhile, which he is, and everything seems to be a go. 

There is no official word on any release date but looks as if the movie will eventually happen.
