Tim Tebow Almost Predicts BCS Championship Final Score Between Florida State And Auburn (VIDEO)

Tim Tebow nearly predicted the final score of the BCS Championship between Florida State and Auburn.

"Auburn might be a team of destiny, but tonight Florida State is deeper from top to bottom," said Tebow on ESPN College Game Day before the game on Monday. "[With] Jameis Winston and Telvin Smith's leadership in the fourth quarter, I think they win 35-31."

Tebow's forecast was nearly flawless as No. 1-ranked Florida State defeated No. 2 Auburn 34-31 to win the Bowl Championship Series title at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif.

"Sometimes you just get lucky," said Tebow to reporters after nearly predicting the Rose Bowl's final score.

Tebow is no stranger to big game performances, especially the collegiate level. He is a two time National Champion and won the 2007 Heisman Trophy, an award given to the best player in college football annually, during an illustrious career as the University of Florida Gators's quarterback.

"When I was six years old I fell in love with the game of football, and while I continue to pursue my dream of playing quarterback in the NFL, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of the unparalleled passion of college football and the SEC," said Tebow professing his love for football in a previous statement released by ESPN on December 30, 2013.

The former and New York Jets and Denver Broncos athlete was cut by the New England Patriots during the 2013 NFL preseason and did not find a new squad during the regular season.
