Timbaland's Wife Files For Divorce & Asks For a Load of Cash & Won't Stop Until Timbaland is Dead Broke [MORE DETAILS INSIDE]

Beats maker Timbaland has had a pretty good year thus far, until he learned that his wife, Monique Mosley filed for divorce earlier today and is looking to take him for every penny he has.

Besides the explainable alimony Monique is asking for child support and for Timbaland to continue to care for a child that is not even his biologically.

TMZ reported that Monique said in her divorce documents that it doesn't matter if the couple has only been married for 5 years because they've been a couple for twice that time.

The child that is not Timbaland's biologically, is Monique's 10-year old daughter from a previous relationship and despite that key fact, she claims Timbaland is the father by default because he has publicly and privately "proclaimed" the child as his own, which is understandable, but you can't claim a man to be the father of your child from previous relationship through default, stop the madness!

However, Timbaland and Monique have a 5-year old daughter together whom she is also seeking to obtain child support for. A long with the child support for both girls and alimony, Monique is asking for life insurance, private school, vacations, summer camp, and a whole lot of other expenses to be cover by Timbaland.

Monique claims she's so broke that she had to leach money from a friend in order to pay her lawyer and she wants Timbaland to for that as well. Oh, I almost forgot she wants money while the divorce proceedings are pending; she wants a lump sum, she "rehabilitative alimony", and permanent alimony.
