Titanfall Release Date Xbox 360: Game Delayed Two Weeks in North America and Europe (VIDEO)
Titanfall's Xbox 360 release date has been delayed for two weeks in both Europe and North America announced EA this morning.
"We see a few things that can be made even better, so we're giving Bluepoint a little more time to do just that and deliver an epic Titanfall experience for Xbox 360 players," said EA's Patrick Soderlund in a blog post. "The game will feature the same 6v6 gameplay, maps, modes, weapons and Burn Cards as the Xbox One and PC versions of the game."
The game is expected for an April 8 release in North America, and April 11 in Europe.
Just in time for its release, the Xbox One Titanfall bundle dropped from $500 to $474.99.
However, the $25 price drop is only available after texting "MSHS" to 29502. Upon doing so, a special code will be sent to the user. The bundle is available in the U.S., Australia, and the UK.
There is also another promotion currently running in GameStop. A gamer can trade in any console and put it toward a Titanfall bundle to get an extra 50 percent store credit, reported the Christian Post. 30 percent can be taken off the game if the game is reserved up until March 23.??Titanfall's release was canceled in South Africa because of the poor performance occurring in the country during the beta testing stage, announced EA early this morning.
"After conducting recent online tests for Titanfall, we found that the performance rates in South Africa were not as high as we need to guarantee a great experience, so we have decided not to release Titanfall in South Africa at this time," a Facebook post by EA said. "We understand this is a disappointment for local fans and will keep fans posted on any future plans regarding the release of Titanfall in South Africa."
