Entertainment consultant and co-manager of Travis Malloy, Alvin William issues this following statement regarding the lawsuit, Travis Malloy vs. Darius Paulk over the copyright of the hit song, "Nobody Greater" made popular by EMI recording artist Vashawn Mitchell.

"The lawsuit of Travis Malloy vs. Darius Paulk has NOT been dismissed and continues to move forward within the judicial court of Judge Sullivan."
