Sookie Stackhouse has a penchant for falling in love with the bad boys of True Blood. Last season she seemed to be finally hitting it off with Ben, a guy that might treat her right. Turns out he was a vampire-fairy named Warlow who tried to steal her away to some portal world where they would be married for eternity.

Now that Sookie's single again and production for Season 7 is almost underway, a lot of fans speculate whether she could ever reunite with her original lover, Bill Compton.

Stephen Moyer, the actor who plays Bill, doesn't seem to hopeful for love, a second time around.

"I don't know whether they can be, given everything that's happened between them. What Bill did was open up something inside her that she had never had before. He was the key to a new world for her," Moyer recently told TVLine.

Moyer says either way he'll be happy working on the show. Given the obsession some of the fans have for the show, he knows not everyone can be satisfied, regardless of the outcome.

"I don't think that there is a right or wrong answer," he said. "I think a bunch of people would be happy if that was the story and a bunch of people would be pissed off if that was the story. I don't read that [expletive], so I don't care, ultimately. All I want to do is do the show and have fun doing it."

True Blood Season 7 is set to premiere on HBO in summer 2014.
