'The Vampire Diaries' Season 5 Spoilers: Nina Dobrev to Play Three Different Characters in Episode 7 "Death and the Maiden"
Wondering what's going to happen in episode 7 "Death and the Maiden"? Well, you came to the right place.
First let's recap.
Last week's episode was definitely a shocker. We learned some pretty significant plot details. Apparently Tessa didn't kill Amara. Instead she turned her into some kind of immortal bridge between the living world and the dead. Once Silas found her, she consumed him and returned to the living as a human. So much for "true love."
The old Stefan is back, with memories mostly restored thanks to Tessa. He still has no clue about his connection to Elena. Will Damon tell his younger brother? Probably not tonight, but he's bound to find out.
According to the trailer promo Katherine is still sick and seeks out Dr. Maxfield for guidance. Whatever is causing her body to shut down proves "disturbing" to the doctor.
As for Bonnie, it doesn't seem like the missing Silas is going to make good on his promise to Damon. However, the synopsis for tonight's episode hints at Amara as a possible candidate to bring her back from the dead.
Also, Nina Dobrev has had her hands full playing both Elena and Katherine in some seasons. Well according to Vampire Diaries showrunner Julie Plec, Dobrev will be playing three characters in the same scene.
I wonder if she gets paid overtime for that?
The Vampire Diaries airs Thursday nights at 8 PM on The CW.
