'Vampire Diaries' Season 8 Episode 7 Promo, Spoilers: Characters Set Aside Risky Incident To Celebrate Christmas
The characters of "The Vampire Diaries" season 8 will put their dangerous escapades on hold for an evening to celebrate Christmas in episode 7.
Based on the synopsis for the episode, the characters will set aside their adventures for a while to get into the true holiday spirit.
Titled "The Next Time I Hurt Somebody, It Could Be You," the upcoming episode was inspired by a line that Stefan once said in "Blood Brothers."
"Faced with the fallout from his interaction with Cade, Stefan is determined to have one thing go right--Christmas Eve with Caroline. However, when Damon and Sybil crash their Christmas Eve dinner, which had been joined by Alaric, Matt and Peter, things quickly take a dark and twisted turn. Meanwhile, in a series of flashbacks to Stefan's past, Cade's attempt to entice him with his mysterious agenda leaves Stefan faced with an unimaginable decision," reads the synopsis for the episode.
Directed by Tanya Hamilton and written by Shukree Hassan Tilghman, the episode will feature Kat Graham and Michael Malarkey.
In other "The Vampire Diaries" news, recent reports claim that Nina Dobrev will return to the series to and appear in the season finale. In fact, some reports even say that the actress has already filmed episode 12.
While some reports point out to Nina's refusal to reappear in the series, recent reports suggest that the actress has already agreed to film the series in order to provide closure for Elena and Damon's romantic storyline.
"The Vampire Diaries" season 8 episode 7 airs on December 9, 8:00 P.M. on The CW.
