New Artist Victoria Griffith Set to Appear on "Atlanta Live" Today to Promote Upcoming CD, "Wellspring in the Wilderness"
New artist Victoria Griffith is set to appear on two long-running Christian TV series - Atlanta Live, WATC-TV's flagship program, and Babbie's House, with host Babbie Mason.
Viewers can watch the live broadcast of Griffith's appearance on Atlanta Live from 7 to 9 p.m. E.T. today as the Alabama singer performs selections from her debut CD, Wellspring in the Wilderness, set for release First Quarter 2013. On the show, she will share her dramatic testimony. While recording the CD, she learned that she had a brain tumor ... one week after learning she was pregnant.
While in Atlanta, Griffith also will tape a segment with an interview and performance for Babbie's House, which will air at a later date.
"I am really looking forward to meeting Babbie Mason and being a part of her show, as well appearing on Atlanta Live," says Griffith. "I'm looking forward to sharing my new music and making some new friends!
Navigating the circuitous life path from brain tumor diagnosis to new motherhood to debut recording artist, Griffith has emerged successfully on the other side with a riveting testimony and a CD filled with songs that exude hope and grace, and perfectly showcase the singer's stunning, country-inflected vocals.

About Victoria Griffith:
Griffith, who as a child was "discovered" by her cousin's voice teacher when she tagged along to a singing lesson, is known throughout her home state of Alabama for her striking voice. After college, she began teaching English, but kept hearing "a still, small voice" telling her not to give up on the musical talent God had given her. "It was more of a gentle but irresistible tug at my heart," Griffith explains. "It was an undeniable sense that this was something that I needed to do." Supported by the blessing and encouragement of her husband, Griffith embarked on the adventurous journey of faith that would culminate in the release of her stunning debut CD, Wellspring In the Wilderness.
