Fast and Furious 7 Release Date: Vin Diesel Post's April 10 2015 Arrival, 'He'd Want You to Know First'
Fast & Furious 7 will be heading to theaters on April 10 2015 announced one of the movie's stars, Vin Diesel, on his Facebook Sunday night.
"The last scene we filmed together...There was a unique sense of completion, of pride we shared... in the film we were now completing... the magic captured... and, in just how far we've come... Fast and Furious 7 will be released...April 10th 2015! P.s. He'd want you to know first..." Diesel posted on his account.
On the wake of Paul Walker's death there was plenty of speculation as to when the newest installment of the Fast & Furious franchise would be released. The movie was originally scheduled for a July 2014 release, but production was put on hold following Walker's untimely death.
Universal had shut down production as they figured out how to move forward without the actor. Now the company is ready to move forward and Diesel's posting is perhaps a hint to Walker's character still being in the picture to some capacity at least.
"Today In a room full of your loved ones I wish today was your wedding instead.... God has a better plan even beyond ALL of our own understandings... For selfish reasons we all wanted you to stay... 13 years of laughter and grace, humility and love...Rest In Heaven Angel Walker" Grammy nominated singer/songwriter and actor Tyrese Gibson posted on his instagram after Walkers funeral.
Paul Walker once a Mormon, is quoted on IMDB saying, "I'm a Christian now. The things that drove me crazy growing up was how everyone works at fault-finding with different religions. The people I don't understand are atheists. I go surfing and snow boarding and I'm always around nature. I look at everything and think, 'Who couldn't believe there's a God? Is all this a mistake?' It just blows me away."
Diesel's announcement of Fast & Furious 7's new release date now gives Walkers fans hope and something to look forward to.
