'The Voice' Season 5 Premiere on NBC / 4 Original Coaches Return for Blind Auditions Tonight / Cher, Ed Sheeran Join Mentor Team

The Voice is back with Season 5, Monday night at 8 PM on NBC. This year's Season 5 will say goodbye to last year's two new judges Usher and Shakira and say hello again to the show's original judges Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera.

We'll hear our first night of blind auditions and see the judges start picking their teams at random in tonight's two-hour premiere.

Three time The Voice winner Blake Shelton is enlisting the help of Season 4 mentor Cher to go for his fourth victory this year.

Cher recently opened up about the singing competition and it's effect on the music industry.

"This is an amazing thing for [young singers]," she told Yahoo Music's Reality Rocks. "They didn't have anything like this when Sonny [Bono] and I started. We played bowling alleys and roller-rinks. We didn't get to go on any [TV shows]. This is amazing, where you have people who've been in the business, have been successful, and now want to help you - so you can kind of bypass a lot of the trashy stuff."

Ed Sheeran will help mentor Christina Aguilera's team while One Republic singer Ryan Tedder will join Team Adam and Miguel with Cee Lo's team.

Tune in for The Voice Season 5 premiere Monday night at 8 PM on NBC.
