The Walking Dead Season 4 Episode 4 "Indifference" SPOILERS: How Bad Can it Get for Survivors at the Prison? [TRAILER] [PROMO]

The hit zombie series on AMC The Walking Dead premieres episode 4 "Indifference" on Sunday night. The gang is still stuck in the prison, and it appears conditions are going to just get worse from here on out. The synopsis for episode 4 "Indifference" reads, "The supply mission faces hurdles, the situation at the prison worsens."

Gina Carbone from WetPaint.com writes, "There are walkers in that school! It's also possible the hurdles involve living people. Back in June, TVLine teased, 'Next season's fourth episode is titled 'Indifference' and will introduce us to two new survivors, Jack and Erin. Both are in their 20s and described as easygoing and 'extremely thin.' Jack's a bit of a joke, while Erin walks through life with rose-colored glasses.' Are they in the house Rick Grimes and Carol visit on their own supply run?"

Carbone goes on to talk about the promo trailer shown below. She writes, "In the episode 4 promo, we also see someone drag a bloody body across the floor. Is that a new body, or a flashback showing Karen and David being dragged outside? The promo shows Lizzie telling Carol, 'A lot of people are going to die, it always happens.' Carol responds, 'You don't give up.' But we know Lizzie is now sick, and in Episode 3 Carol shoved her into the sick ward. So is this a flashback? Some people think Carol was just covering for Lizzie. Is that theory legit? Will we see?"
