'Young Justice' Season 3 News Update: Next Season Kicks Off Production

Warner Bros. confirmed that "Young Justice" will be renewed for a third season and there is no stopping fans from going crazy about it.

The studio recently released a poster confirming the return of the show, and recent reports suggest that the animated series has already started production to ensure that the new season will air next year.

According to reports, the characters from seasons 1 and 2 will return in "Young Justice" season 3, but they will be joined by new faces and new villains.

Season 3 will pick up where season 2 left off, and spoilers for the new season reveal that Kid Flash will be back. It can be recalled that in the previous season, the young hero sacrificed himself to save his friends. Despite the serious damage he got, however, he will return next season to continue his mission to save people.

It was earlier reported that "Young Justice" season 3 will feature five new characters, including Blue Beetle, Bat Girl, Wonder Girl, Robin and Beast Boy. The five new heroes will reportedly help the teenage superheroes take down the old bad guys and the new villains in season 4.

As for its plot, reports claim that the force of the good will become stronger next season with the entry of the five new powerful characters. However, things won't be that easy for the superheroes as they still have to deal with their personal challenges as teenagers.

"Young Justice" season 3 is expected to be released in 2017 on Cartoon Network. It is also rumored to air on Netflix and Adult Swim.
