Zac Efron Rehab Stint For Cocaine Completed Quietly 5 months Ago, Escalated During 'Neighbors' Filming with Seth Rogan (VIDEO)

Zac Efron successfully completed a stint in rehab 5 months ago and news it just now coming out about it.

It is amazing that someone has high profile as Efron could do a 30-day rehab stint and not have it leak to the media and just as interesting that now after all this time it is coming to light. 

It appears to be a rehab stint to deal with a serious cocaine addiction, which is pretty scary. This has not been confirmed officially but Efron's people have confirmed that a stint in rehab that was successfully completed 5 months ago. 

Multiple sources tell TMZ that Efron did have a serious cocaine addiction and that the problem got magnified during the shooting of Seth Rogen's movie Neighbors in April. 

As one source connected with the film tells us, "It was common knowledge he was struggling with cocaine," and that cocaine was Zac's main issue, but also took in Molly at times, which is a pure form of Ecstasy, popular drug in clubs and raves. 

There is a story circulating that Zac and some friends trashed a room at the SkyLofts at the MGM Grand in Vegas causing around $50k in damage while being on a 'coke rager'. 

The good news is that Zac seems to have rebounded since his successful stint in rehab and has stayed clean. We wish him the best and hope he keeps around good company that will not encourage any drug use again.
